Eco Solar Energy is a solar products and services company based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. We supply and install solar panels, solar water heaters, solar street lights, inverters, and related accessories across India.

Products & Services
Product specifications, prices, and availability may change without prior notice. However, we make every effort to keep the information on our website accurate and up to date. In addition, product images are for representational purposes only and may differ slightly from the actual product.
We reserve the right to cancel any order if we discover pricing errors or if a product is out of stock.
Orders & Payments
We confirm your order only after we receive the agreed payment or advance amount. After that, we begin processing your order.
We accept payments through bank transfer, UPI, and other approved payment methods. Additionally, we issue GST invoices for all transactions as required under Indian law.
Installation & Services
We provide installation timelines as estimates because site conditions and team availability may affect the schedule. However, unexpected circumstances can sometimes cause delays.
Customers must ensure the installation site is accessible and ready before the scheduled installation date. If additional civil or electrical work is required, we will discuss the scope with you and charge it separately after your approval.
Warranty
Manufacturers provide warranties for all solar panels and products as stated on the respective product pages. In addition, we provide a one-year workmanship warranty on our installation services from the installation date.
However, the warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, natural disasters, theft, or unauthorized modifications to the system.
Returns & Cancellations
Customers must submit cancellation requests within 48 hours of placing an order.
However, customers cannot return products that we have already installed unless we confirm a manufacturing defect.
After we approve a refund request, we process the refund within 7 to 10 working days.
Limitation of Liability
Eco Solar Energy is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services.
In any case, our total liability will not exceed the original value of the product or service purchased.
Governing Law
The laws of India govern these Terms & Conditions.
Furthermore, the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes related to our website or services.
Changes to Terms
We may update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
