Products & Services
All product specifications, prices, and availability listed on our website are subject to change without prior notice. Product images are for representational purposes only and may slightly differ from the actual product. We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of pricing errors or stock unavailability.
Orders & Payments
Orders are confirmed only after receipt of payment or advance amount as mutually agreed. We accept payments via bank transfer, UPI, and other approved methods. GST invoices will be issued for all transactions as applicable under Indian law.
Installation & Services
Installation timelines provided are estimates and may vary depending on site conditions and team availability. The customer is responsible for ensuring proper site access and readiness before the scheduled installation date. Any additional civil or electrical work required at the site will be discussed and charged separately.
Warranty
All solar panels and products carry manufacturer warranties as specified on the respective product pages. Our installation workmanship is covered for one year from the date of installation. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, natural disasters, theft, or unauthorized modifications to the system.
Returns & Cancellations
Cancellation requests must be made within 48 hours of placing the order. Products that have already been installed cannot be returned unless there is a confirmed manufacturing defect. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7 to 10 working days from the date of approval.
Limitation of Liability
Eco Solar Energy shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our liability in any case shall not exceed the original value of the product or service purchased.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of our website or services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website after any changes have been made constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
